Researchers from the University of Liverpool Keto Burn Xtreme Review, in the United Kingdom, undertook the task of finding out whether consuming prunes as part of a diet to lose weight helped or impaired weight control.

In particular, they were interested to know if nuts would be tolerated by people who normally consume little fiber and if they would have some effect on their appetite.
